Making a Claim
We hope that nothing happens to you or your insured items. However, if you do need to make a claim, we are here to make sure the process is as quick and simple as possible.
How to make a claim on policies taken out before 1st November 2024:
Simply call our friendly team on 01730 233 101 and select Option 1 for the Claims team. It would be helpful (but not essential) to have your Policy Number available.
Need the Recovery Team? – policies taken out before 1st November 2024
If you have Mobility Scooter Breakdown Cover included in your policy and need to contact the Recovery Service, please call us on 01730 233 101 and select Option 3 for the Recovery team.
